The British Superbikes Series will hold their next event in Cadwell Park, which is the ninth round of the series, and it happens August 27th, 28th and 29th. There are only three rounds left with the next happening at Donington Park, September 9th, 10th and 11th. Next is the Silver stone Arena GP at the end of September and the final British Superbikes event of the year will be at Brands Hatch. The most recent race was the other Brands Hatch GP, won by Swan Yamaha's Tommy Hill. John Hopkins came in second and Shane Byrne with HM Plant Honda was third.

The MCE Insurance BSB Standings currently have Shane Byrne in first place with 255 points. John Hopkins with Samsung Crescent Racing is in second and Tommy Hill and teammate Michael Laverty with Swan Honda are third and fourth. The fifth placed rider in the standings is Josh Brookes, who has 146 points and rides for Relentless Suzuki.
